Yardley Harvest Day

NEW DATE
Saturday, October 14 • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On the bridge over the Delaware Canal on East College Avenue
AND
At the Old Library by Lake Afton
46 West Afton Avenue, Yardley
You’ll find the Yardley Historical Association at two locations on Harvest Day. We’ll have a booth in the thick of things on the bridge over the Delaware Canal on East College Avenue and in the serene Old Library by Lake Afton.
New this year to our “Yardley gift” offerings are two 100% cotton “flour sack” tea towels – one features the popular “Yardley’s Dream” ice skating drawing; the other has a cheery watercolor of the west side of the Old Library banked with daffodils. We’ll also be selling the third ceramic ornaments in our series, unique books with decorative folded pages, embroidered tea towels, three kinds of notepaper/holiday cards, walking tour booklets, postcards, and prints.
Only at the Old Library will you be able to pick up some free Book Swap books and jigsaw puzzles and see old photos of town.
If you haven’t been inside the Old Library by Lake Afton before, Harvest Day is a perfect opportunity.
