Yardley Harvest Day

Yardley Harvest Day

old library east side

Harvest Day is at our front door this year. Stop on by!

Saturday, September 20 • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At the Old Library by Lake Afton, 46 West Afton Avenue

Harvest Day is moving to our neighborhood – West Afton Avenue, St. Andrew’s Church properties, Penn Valley Drive, and Buttonwood Park.

Our doors will be open so that everyone can come inside to see the building’s impressive interior, purchase “Yardley” gifts for the holidays or just for you,  and see old photos of the town.

New this year to our “Yardley gift” offerings are a Destination Yardley 100 % cotton flour sack tea towel, an updated Walking Tour guidebook,  and  velvet Halloween ornaments from England. We are hoping that our exclusive Yardley book stack ornaments will arrive in time.  Our Yardley’s Dream flour sack tea towels  will be back, and we’ll also  be selling book diaries, unique books with decorative folded pages, embroidered tea towels, three kinds of  notepaper/holiday cards, The Key to Yardley ornaments, Yardley’s Dream scented candles, postcards, and prints.

You will also be able to pick up some free Book Swap books and jigsaw puzzles

If you haven’t been inside the Old Library by Lake Afton before, Harvest Day is a perfect opportunity.
