If you’ve ever wondered who lived in that big, fine house or why a tower looms over Borough Hall, Read a Book – Take a Look is for you.

First comes a book club-like experience. A small group of people will obtain and read the paperback Yardley – Images of America, then, on Sunday, February 25th, we will meet to share observations, questions, and refreshments. 

On Sunday, April 7th, we will gather for a 1-mile walking tour of the streets of town to discover what the places shown in Images of America look like now.  The discussion group and tour will be led by Susan Taylor, President of the Yardley Historical Association.

Yardley – Images of America can be purchased at Commonplace Reader at 49 South Main Street or the vendor of your choice.  A $20 donation to the Historical Association is also requested for this activity.
