Tales of flood escapes and failures,  a maiden stuck inthe mud, a golf ball inundation, watermelon napping, a supposed Underground Railroad tunnel under the Canal, and more will be told by Susan Taylor on a one-mile stroll down the Delaware Canal towpath and North Edgewater Avenue. 

A Halloween treat will be a view of Canal-O-Ween – Yardley’s now famous lineup of hundreds of carved pumpkins. This end-of-day view highlights the details of all the creativity.  Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for all at the end of the walk.
